Terms of Service
These terms cover use of smarthub.ink and book orders submitted through the site. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Book orders and pricing
Current direct-order prices are $10 per copy for Never Give Up and $20 per copy for The Road to Narcissistic Abuse is Recovery. Prices may change for future orders. Orders are subject to availability.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Zeb Keith / smarthub.ink does not directly collect or store your full payment-card information. The amount shown in Stripe at checkout is the amount charged for the books selected.
Pickup and shipping
You may request local pickup or shipping through the order form. Book checkout currently covers the book price only. If shipping or another fulfillment cost applies and is not shown at checkout, those details will be confirmed separately before shipment.
Signed copies and fulfillment
Signed-copy requests and fulfillment preferences are requests, not guarantees. Zeb will follow up by email if anything needs to be clarified or if an order cannot be fulfilled as requested.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel or request a refund, email info@rollflow.net as soon as possible. Requests are handled case by case, subject to order status and any rights provided by applicable law. Once an order has shipped or been picked up, a refund may not be available unless required by law or the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Text, graphics, book information, and other original content on this site are provided for personal, informational use. Do not reproduce or sell site content without permission, except where allowed by law.
Availability and changes
The site and its features are provided as available. Information, prices, fulfillment options, and these terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes apply going forward, not retroactively where prohibited by law.
